The United Way of Central New Mexico's 2017 campaign theme – "Focused on the Future!" — is a direct reflection of the United Way's mission to bring people and resources together to measurably improve the lives of our citizens and neighbors. The City applauds the United Way's efforts to bring donors, volunteers, corporate partners, government, nonprofit organizations, and others together to strengthen our community.
You'll soon receive an e-mail which will allow you to contribute online to help with this effort. Additionally, each department has a dedicated employee who will provide you with a campaign form, and organize activities to celebrate this effort.
As you consider your contribution this year, we especially ask for your help to increase our participation in the United Way Community Fund. The Community Fund is spent locally. The programs funded meet the needs of our citizens and even fellow employees. Your Community Fund contribution is an investment for a better tomorrow in our immediate area.
The City of Albuquerque United Way Campaign runs from Sept. 12 through Nov. 17. We ask that you please make your pledge within that time. Whether it is through a $5 monthly payroll deduction, or something larger, your gift makes a huge difference in our community.
