Benefit Details

Here you will be able to:

  • Review Benefits Summary
  • Start a Life Event to change Benefits
  • Review and make changes to Dependents
  • Begin Benefits Enrollment
  • View Affordable Care Act forms and sign up for electronic delivery

Benefits Summary

  • View your current benefit selections, voluntary deductions, and dependent information

  • A plan with an arrow ( > ) at the right indicates you can click anywhere on the row for additional information and options
    • Here you will have Plan information, Provider Name with link to their web site, your selected coverage and Group Number if applicable

Beneficiary Change for Life Insurance

  • Click on the Voluntary Life or Basic Life/AD&D plan (If you want to change both you must repeat for each)
  • Click the Edit button at the bottom of the page
  • You can change the allocation from one beneficiary listed to another by entering a percentage amount in the New Primary Allocation
  • You can also change the Secondary Allocation (these only apply if all the Primary beneficiaries die before the Secondary beneficiaries)

Deferred Compensation Change

  • Click on the Section 457 plan you wish to change 
    • If you do not yet have a deferred compensation account, you must meet with one of the Deferred Compensation account representatives to establish an account

  • Here you can add new and update dependent's information


Benefits Enrollment

  • Here you will make your Open Enrollment elections, more information will be provided during the next Open Enrollment period in May 2021

Affordable Care Act

  • View 1095-C statements and sign up for electronic delivery
