There are four options to choose from:

  • I had a qualified life event

    • This includes any family status change such as birth/adoption, marriage/divorce, creating/terminating a domestic partnership, gaining/losing coverage (such as through spouse's employer), etc.
    • Allows up to 31 days to complete
  • I need to update after-tax elections

    • You can update certain after-tax elections (i.e. Life Insurance) and change your beneficiaries with this option
  • I gained or lost Medicare/Medicaid coverage

    • Same options as a qualified life event; however you must have a letter from Medicare/Medicaid office - allows up to 60 days to complete
  • I need to change my deferred compensation contribution

    • You can change or waive your deferred compensation elections if you are already participating - new enrollments must be started with the vendor
    • Changes take effect the first of the month following the change
    • Please go to the Deferred Compensation page for more information
