Here you will be able to:

  • Update Home and Mailing Addresses
  • Add and Update Phone Numbers and Emails
  • Submit a Name change
  • Review Ethnic Group
  • Update Emergency Contacts
  • Review Additional Information

Addresses

  • Use the USPS lookup tool for the full address and proper formatting
  • Do not enter any special characters (i.e. commas, number signs, periods, etc.) 
  • Home address for active employees must be a New Mexico address for tax purposes
    • Out of state home addresses will be changed to the City Hall address (400 Marquette)

Contact Details

  • If you have a City desk or mobile phone, make sure to use Work or Work Cell type respectively
    • These number types are synchronized with the Outlook Address Book
  • If you have a City email it is automatically populated from Outlook
    • If you make a change it will be overwritten during the nightly import
    • Contact the Service Desk if your email is incorrect
  • Instant Message is not used at this time 

Name

  • Your name must match your Social Security Card for payroll purposes
  • If you have a name change, the HR Records Specialist will contact you for a copy of your new Social Security Card to support the change

Ethnic Groups

  • If you want to make a change to your Ethnic Group, please contact Central HR at humanresources@cabq.gov or 505.768.3700

Emergency Contact

  • Important that you have at least one emergency contact on file

Additional Information

  • Birth State, Date Entitled to Medicare, and Highest Education Level are not currently used
