Login Instructions

Navigate to City of Albuquerque Home Page   https://eweb.cabq.gov/default.aspx

  • Click on Employee Self Service

If you have a City email account, use your Outlook (Active Directory) username and password

If you do not have an email account, use the following:

  • Username: E12345 (capital E and last 5 digits of your employee ID)
If you have forgot your employee ID, please contact your department HR or your Supervisor
  • Password: You should have changed your password during New Employee Orientation 
    • If you have forgot it or are locked out please contact the Service Desk to reset it

Open a ticket

  • Click Sign In

  • Make sure to Sign Out when you are done, your session will time-out after five minutes of no activity
  • Click the "Action Items" menu at the top right of the page and then click "Sign Out"
