An election shall be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2008, to fill one (1) vacancy on the City of Albuquerque’s Personnel Board.
Any permanent City employee wishing to nominate a candidate to fill this vacancy may do so by submitting a petition with the nominee’s name, address, telephone number, occupation, certification that the nominee has resided in Albuquerque for at least one (1) year, and the signatures and employee number (social security) of twenty (20) permanent City employees.
City employees and elected public officials may not be candidates for this election.
Nominating petition must be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk, City/County Government Center, One Civic Plaza, Basement – Room B-2041, no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, June 6, 2008. Nominating petitions may be obtained in the Office of the City Clerk. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of the City Clerk at 768-3030.
