Attached is the UPDATED Mobile Health Center schedule

The Mobile Health Center unit will be back downtown beginning September 20th, 2022! In order to prepare, the MHC staff will be moving from their current City Hall location and the clinic will be closed next week September 12th - September 16th, 2022.

This service is for employees and family members enrolled in the City’s Presbyterian Health Plan through the City of Albuquerque, Participating Entities, and Bernalillo County.

No cost for services provided by the mobile clinic
Appointments are required. Please call 505-220-6562
COVID screenings are required for all patients, PLEASE WEAR YOUR MASK!
The mobile clinic does not provide COVID TESTING OR COVID VACCINES
If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, you must call to cancel within 24 hours
Enrolled members age 2 and up may visit ANY location
Walk-ins are not available at this time.
No work-related injuries
Accessible to people with disabilities
Take your current Presbyterian Member ID card: Group number A0000032
Employees with conditions like diabetes may use the center for routine screenings such as A1C, kidney, blood pressure checks, glucose, and blood cholesterol tests.
