Your questions will be promptly addressed.   If you need equipment repair, assistance with software installations or problems, if we don't answer your question immediately, we will get you to the right person to help you.  You'll get an email confirmation and tracking number.

Windows 7 and Office 2010 Quick Start Cards
ITSD has purchased licenses for City staff that are getting Windows 7 and/or Office 2010 to have access to on-line instructional cards. There are separate cards for Outlook, Word and Excel. These are in PDF format. Each card is 6 pages in length. Our license agreement does allow for printing of these cards.


You must be authenticated (logged-in) with your Active Directory/Outlook/SharePoint username and password in order to open the on-line cards.
