How to Add Templates to Your Template Folder in Microsoft Word:
    1. Open Word
    2. Go to Tools > Options > File Locations
    3. Highlight Workgroup Templates
    4. Click Modify
    5. Find the (J:) drive, open the folder WordTemplates (the folder will appear to have nothing in it, and that is okay)
    6. Click ok

How to Use the Template:
    1. Open Word
    2. Go to File > New > General Templates
    3. Choose a Template to use
