The Employee Work Plan (EWP) is a performance measurement system and tool that requires supervisors and employees to describe, in measurable detail, tasks the employee is expected to complete over the next twelve months and how these expectations are linked to the City's eight year goals and desired customer and community conditions. This service is only available from the City's network.
