Deleting PC Cache

1. Launch Internet Explorer

2. Go to tools>Internet Options

3. Click “Delete Cookies”, Click “Delete Files”, Click “OK”

If you are still unable to login to "Peoplesoft CRM/311" from your "Internet Explorer" browser, or encountering issues logging into "Peoplesoft CRM/311"; please contact the ISD helpdesk so that we can remove any orphan cache from your PC.
