The University of New Mexico, Psychology Department is seeking Hispanic/Latina women between the ages of 18-69 for a research study examining factors that help individuals “stick to” health-related changes.
Study involves filling out questionnaires and monitoring your food intake/exercise for 8 weeks. Some individuals will have the opportunity to receive four, one-hour group therapy sessions teaching skills about how to better “stick to” making health-related changes.
