The Department of Technology and Innovation will be performing server maintenance on the City Hall Oracle Data Appliance (ODA) on Saturday, Aug. 10 from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The updates are required to ensure the server is at recommended maintenance levels, including security updates.
We have coordinated the outage with Budget, Accounting, Payroll, Animal Welfare, FleetMind, Solid Waste, Facilities, Parks, Environmental Health, 311, and APD. If you have any concerns about the outage, please contact MyChelle Andrews.
The applications impacted are:
- Human Resources
- POSSE including Marshal
- Enterprise Learning Management (ELM)
DSS, Cognos, and CRM Interface Outage
Areas that normally receive CRM / 311 tickets from a DSS interface will not receive tickets during this outage. Please use your established protocols for handling CRM / 311 tickets during this outage.
Cognos reports will be available intermittently during the outage.
DSS Excel access will be available intermittently during the outage. However, I would recommend that you do not refresh data.
