Most people have never been taught how to more skillfully use their minds to create benefit for themselves and those around them. And left to its own devices, the mind tends to linger and loiter in unhelpful and unbeneficial places.
The City of Albuquerque, through its BetterHealth initiatives and Public Service University, is partnering with Michelle DuVal and The Mindful Center to bring city employees Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction training courses that can help employees live better and healthier lives.
