Nutritionist Diana Fleming, Ph.D., coauthor of The Full Plate Diet, a New York Times best seller, will talk to CABQ employees at a special 30-minute presentation entitled Are You Eating Enough to Lose Weight? Dr. Fleming will provide simple, yet powerful, tips on how to begin losing weight by eating more at your next meal. Attendees will also receive Bob’s Red Mill 13 Bean Soup mix.
The presentation will take place in the City Hall Council Chambers at noon on Thursday, Jan. 24, and will mark the first day of a 12-day registration period (lasting through Feb. 7) for the Full Plate Weight Loss program. The guided online program allows employees to proceed at their own pace and includes approved recipes, videos, coaching sessions and community support. The program is offered at no cost provided that all videos and a final evaluation are completed.
