High blood pressure is often called the “silent killer” because there are no symptoms. Knowing and managing your blood pressure are two of the best things you can do for your overall heart health.
Join us Wednesday, May 2, 2018 anytime between 11am – 1pm in the Grand Central Conference Room, 2nd floor City Hall, Room 205, to get your blood pressure checked and register for Check. Change. Control.® All employees are encouraged to sign up regardless of whether they have high blood pressure or not. This effective program focuses on simple changes you can make to improve your health.
