This is your year, your health, and your chance to feel better. We are excited about Good Measures—the benefit that can help you shed that holiday weight, eat better, feel good, and get results. Plus, you don’t have to give up your favorite foods.
 
Good Measures nutrition and health programs are offered at no cost to benefits-eligible City of Albuquerque employees, spouses, domestic partners, and dependents age 16 and older living in the employee’s household.

What’s Included?
You’ll have your own registered dietitian coach, a smart app, and a program designed just for you. Watch this brief video for more information.

4 Good Measures Programs Available this Year!
All are by phone, email, video, or online at times best for you:

  • Nutrition Coaching
  • Diabetes Prevention Program – Includes scale
  • Connected Diabetes Care NEW! For participants with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Includes Telcare glucometer, strips, and GoCap insulin tracking pen that sync to the Good Measures platform automatically
  • Personalized Diabetes Support NEW! For participants with type 1, type 2, or gestational diabetes

How to Get Started with Good Measures

Step 1: Schedule your prescreening by January 16 at Wellness at Work/Events tab. Instructions attached and you can access instructions for members and nonmembers.

Prescreenings: January 16-18, 7 am – 10 am, Anasazi Room, Ground Floor, Convention Center
Step 2: Go to your prescreening.  We will help you figure out which program is right for you. Then Good Measures will contact you to get started. It’s that easy!
