A new year, a better you...

Introducing a benefit that will help you improve your health one bite at a time.

Do you want to make a few small, easy changes that will deliver big results? If so, check out Good Measures personalized nutrition and health programs offered at no cost to eligible City of Albuquerque employees, spouses, domestic partners, and dependents 16 and older.

What's Included?

You’ll have your own registered dietitian, a smart app, and a program designed just for you. Whether you want to better manage a health condition, lose weight, or simply feel better, Good Measures will help you improve your health. Spaces are limited—don’t miss out!

How to Get Started with Good Measures

Go to a Good Measures “How to Stop Making Common Nutrition Mistakes” session December 13-15. You will learn some surprising things. It’s optional, but worth your time. See below for details.
Schedule your prescreening at Wellness at Work/Events tab (instructions for members and nonmembers)
Registration open now through January 16. Prescreenings will be January 16-18, 7am – 10am, Anasazi Room, Ground Floor Convention Center.
Go to your prescreening in January.
We will help you get started and figure out which program is right for you.

Once you sign up, Good Measures will contact you to get started. It’s that easy!
